Use of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (hereinafter: Google). Google Analytics uses HTTP cookies, which are text files downloaded onto your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the HTTP cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, due to the activation of IP anonymization on these websites, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states which are party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be linked to other data from Google.

The purposes of the data processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activities on the website. Based on the use of the website and the Internet, further related services will then be provided. The processing is based on the legitimate interest of the website owner.
You may refuse the use of HTTP cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection and transfer of data generated by the HTTP cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link: Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

In addition or as an alternative to the browser add-on, you can stop tracking by Google Analytics on our pages by clicking on this link. This will install an opt-out HTTP cookie on your device. This prevents Google Analytics from tracking this website and this browser in the future as long as the cookie remains installed in your browser.

Use of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

In order to display our content correctly and graphically appealing on all browsers, we use script libraries and font libraries such as Google Web Fonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) on this website. Google Web Fonts are transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple loading. If the browser does not support Google Web Fonts or prevents access, content will be displayed in a default font.
Calling up script libraries or font libraries automatically triggers a connection to the library operator. It is theoretically possible - although it is currently unclear whether and for what purposes - that the operators of such libraries collect data.
The privacy policy of the library operator Google can be found here: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses Google Maps API to visually display geographic information. When using Google Maps, Google also collects, processes and uses data on the use of the map functions by visitors. You can find more detailed information about data processing by Google in Google's privacy policy. There you can also change your personal data protection settings on the data protection site.
Detailed instructions on how to manage your own data in the context of Google products can be found here.

Embedded YouTube Videos

On some of our websites we embed Youtube videos. The provider of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection is established to Youtube servers. This tells Youtube which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, Youtube can assign your surfing behavior to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your Youtube account first.

When a Youtube video is started, the provider uses HTTP cookies that collect information about user behavior.

If you have deactivated the storage of HTTP cookies for the Google Ad application, you will not have to expect such HTTP cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, Youtube also stores non-personal usage information in other HTTP cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of HTTP cookies in your browser.

Further information on data protection at "Youtube" can be found in the provider's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en&gl=en.

Embedded Vimeo videos

On some of our websites we embed Vimeo videos. The provider of the corresponding plugins is Vimeo, Inc. 555 West 18th Street New York, New York 10011, USA. When you visit a page with the Vimeo plugin, a connection is established to Vimeo servers. This tells Vimeo which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your Vimeo account, Vimeo can personally track your surfing behavior. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account first.

When a Vimeo video is started, the provider uses HTTP cookies that collect information about user behavior. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the storage of HTTP cookies in your browser.

For more information on data protection at Vimeo, please refer to the provider's privacy policy at https://vimeo.com/privacy.

Order Processing

For our business processes we have commissioned Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, 51149 Köln, Germany, and Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland, to process data. These data concern in particular – but not exclusively – orders and customer administration of the web shop on www.last-bikes-shop.com as well as email traffic.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy in order to keep it up to date with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. The new privacy policy then applies when visiting the website again.
